1. Returns Window

• You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear or swimwear

• Socks

• Water bottles or opened supplements

3. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

• If your preferred exchange option is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or we made an error.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.

6. How to Return

We’ll send you a return form and instructions.

Package your item securely and send it back to us.
