1. Returns Window
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Underwear or swimwear
Socks
Water bottles or opened supplements
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
If your preferred exchange option is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item was faulty or we made an error.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.
